Privacy notice
This draft explains Zevren’s intended private-beta data practices. It must receive legal review before families are invited.
Information collected
We collect a parent’s account and contact details, student nickname and age attestation, encrypted journal content, optional self-reported check-ins, tiny steps, confidence pulses, and limited operational events.
How it is used
We use information to operate the journaling flow, provide family views, generate AI-assisted reflections, deliver account and safety email, secure the service, and understand aggregate beta usage.
Sharing
Service providers process data only to operate Zevren. We do not sell personal information, show advertising, use behavioral advertising pixels, or use journal content for AI training.
Family rights
The parent account owner can review family content, export it as JSON, delete entries, reset student access, and schedule account deletion. Contact privacy@zevrenapp.com for privacy requests.
Children
The private beta does not accept students under 13. We will not expand to ages 10–12 without a legally reviewed verifiable-parental-consent process.
